2、  Request Repair Service

 I. Repair Service During Warranty Period

    1. Warranty Duration

  • Hardware warranty period is twenty-four (24) months, commencing from the Activation Day 

    2. Warranty Coverage

  • During the Warranty Period, the Company shall warrant the Product against malfunctions arising from product quality defects 
  • For quality defect malfunctions, the Company shall provide parts and remote support for free 
  • Logistics costs for parts shall be borne by the Company 

    3. Replacement Parts Return Requirement

  • If the Company provides replacement parts, the Customer shall return the replaced special parts to the designated warehouse within twenty (20) business days 
  • If the Customer fails to return such parts within the aforesaid period, it shall be deemed that the Customer has purchased the broken parts 
  • Logistics costs incurred for returning the parts shall be borne by the Company 

    4. Repair Response Time

  • The Company shall respond promptly upon receiving notification of defects 
  • If the defect falls outside the scope of the Warranty Terms, the Company shall provide the Customer with a proposed solution and corresponding fee schedule for the Customer's selection

 II. Repair Service After Warranty Period (Out of Warranty)

  • The Customer needs to pay for new replacement parts and on-site repair costs 
  • The replaced parts do not need to be returned to the Company 
  • Specific costs are based on the Company's service standards 

 III. Disclaimer Clause (Exclusions from Free Warranty)

 The Company shall not be obligated to provide free warranty services if 
  1. The damage is caused by human factors
  2. Improper use by the Customer
  3. Installation of unverified parts or materials by the Customer
 IV. Network Environment Issues
  • If the equipment cannot function normally due to unstable network environment, it is not considered a quality issue of the Product 
  • The Customer needs to replace the IoT card or change the location at their own expense 
  • The Company shall assist the Customer in resolving issues caused by the network environment
